Tim McCutcheon, M.A is Senior Vice President, Research & Operations at Market Probe. Tim directs research projects, supervises staff operations and performs client consultations for Market Probe Canada. His research career spans 12 years and he has extensive experience in custom and customer satisfaction / loyalty research. Over the past several years, Tim has managed and reported on many large-scale tracking programs for clients in a wide variety of industries including financial services, pharmaceutical, transportation and telecommunications. Tim's qualitative experience includes moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth, one-on-one interviews with B2B respondents. Tim earned both a B.A. (Honours) and a Master of Arts from the University of Western Ontario. He has completed all required coursework and comprehensive examinations toward his Ph. D. in Sociology at the University of Waterloo. When not at work in the winter, Tim can be found at one of Toronto's many arenas, coaching two of his boys' competitive hockey teams. During warmer months, relaxing with a book at the cottage and playing golf are favourite activities.
