It’s surprising how often I encounter market research vendors asking about the selection process for research partners. It’s like a mystery to them that’s yet to be cracked – what do clients want? It’s a bit surprising, considering we (clients and vendors) really all look for the same things in those we partner with – credibility, reliability, thinkability…

Following up on the Great Mobile Research Debate

Yesterday was a fun day! The debate we pulled together happened very much on the fly and it was an interesting experiment to see if we could translate the buzz around a social media conversation, tie that into an upcoming conference, and turn all of that into momentum for a virtual event. It worked better than I had hoped, and not only did we have fun, but I think we advanced the conversation around mobile research quite a bit and laid a great foundation for the dialogue we’ll have at the Market Research in the Mobile World conference on July 19-20.
